Lalitha & Varun’s love story began in medical school. They are currently in medical residency now and have the best of love and friendship with each other. We met on August 15th at the outdoor gardens of Garfield Park Conservatory to commemorate the exact one year countdown until their wedding day in 2021!

Varun bought not one, not two, but THREE beautiful bouquets of flowers for us to choose from during the photoshoot! Lalitha had her hair & makeup beautifully done professionally in the morning and had a beautiful yellow gown that matched the gardens beautifully.

We really bonded with nature, finding a little turtle and rabbits in our path! Lalitha & Varun love animals, so it felt like a true treat to encounter nature in the wild!

Lalitha is an artist and hand painted the most beautiful save the date sign! I’m so impressed :)

They are also big Harry Potter fans, and brought along cute “Mischief Managed” and “I Solemnly Swear I Am Up to No Good” wine glasses.

We closed out our session with some urban shots in West Loop (obviously the best loop)! There are incredibly alleyways on Green St that feel like you’ve stepped into Europe.
